次世代光メディア規格 : LG、HD DVDを継続開発
HD DVD撤退を表明した東芝ですが、韓国LGは引き続きHD DVD製品の開発・販売を継続するようです。

LGは引き続き、HD DVD・Blu-ray両対応のプレイヤーを開発しており、その路線に変更はない模様。
