次世代光メディア規格 : パイオニアのHD-DVD/Blu-rayコンボドライブは白紙に
9月1日に投稿したニュース「パイオニア、07年にHD-DVD/Blu-ray両対応のコンボドライブを発売へ」ですが、その後のニュースで、どうやら現時点でそのような計画は無いということが判明したようです。(´・ω・`)ｼｮﾎﾞｰﾝ

"Currently we have no plans to do so..... however, Pioneer will monitor the market situation with other formats and will "consider" to adopt those formats as and where the market is demanding it".
一言でいえば「市場の動向を見て判断する」ということですね。
つまり現時点ではやはりコンボドライブの計画は無いようです。
残念ですが、LITE-ONの「LH-2B1S」あたりに期待しておきましょう。
