CDFreaksで、ソニー製BD-ROMドライブ「BDU-X10S」のレビューが掲載されています。
BDU-X10Sは、シリアルATA対応で、2倍速Blu-rayリード対応です。

ドライブの静音性、バンドルソフト、オーディオの抽出品質が長所であり、読み取り速度の遅さ、DVD-RAM未対応が短所であるということです。
そもそもROMドライブであり、記録は出来ません。
国内では、25,000円くらいで販売されています。
Blu-ray再生用だとすれば、PS3を買ったほうが幸せかもしれません。
